Me too!! I just love the idea of a Southern Belle leaning over a second story balcony of a beautiful plantation home. Makes me want to go read Gone with the Wind again. My bf just signed a contract on a house (I helped him pick it out) and while it's new construction, it def has some "Southern" features. He closes and moves in next month. What has been new w/ you??
